Frank Lloyd Wright was as prolific a writer as he was a designer. He left us a prodigious amount of written material in the form of published books, articles, and essays, as well as manuscripts for an additional 265 articles and essays that were never published.
During the next three years, The Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation and Rizzoli/New York will publish six projected volumes of his writings, arranged chronologically, under the title The Collected Writings of Frank Lloyd Wright.
In addition to bringing back into print Wright’s published works, these volumes will also include a large selection of previously unpublished articles and essays. Practically all of the material that was originally published between 1896 and 1959 is no longer in print.
